Buy Concepta at 12p and at up to 17.5p - target to sell 28p

Investment Case: The AIM admission of Concepta (CPT) a couple of weeks ago was through a reverse takeover of shellmeister (Adam Reynolds)-saved Frontier Resources International (FRI). We backed Reynolds when he became involved in Frontier, but despite his track-record, then was clearly somewhat speculative as we awaited a deal to be delivered. Now it has and it looks like Reynolds has delivered another promising one…

Frontier Resources - more Reynolds magic: the Presentation is HERE

I discuss this in Bearcast today but Frontier Resources (FRI) has today announced the latest RTO by the shellmeister Adam Reynolds. We are shareholders and are taking up the open offer in full. Why?

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - My father worries he may be a victim of the peasants revolt

On my personal website I have a podcast HERE about how Chilcot exposes the establishment/rest of us divide again and how this will create even more anger as the war criminal Blair walks free. My father, who is lisening to me record today, fears that he is in the firing line as a member of the establishment. I then move onto the omnishambles Boxhill (BOX), Portmeirion (PMP), Vislink (VLK), Igas (IGAS), Blenheim Natural Resources (BNR), lie and jam tomorrow producer African Potash (AFPO), Frontier Resources (FRI) and finally onto the fraudsters Eden Research (EDEN) where I will be asking for your help, dear listeners, tomorrow.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 16 Feb - 24 hours without a cigarette, am in a foul mood

As you might expect from a man on cold turkey in the nicotine department I am not in a good mood. Send me an ars-ish tweet and you are blocked, call me with a daft conspiracy theory (flip flop take note) and I curse you. I comment en passant on the Horse Hill ramping and it is ramping by David Lenigas and others. I comment on 88 Energy (88E) and on Tertiary Minerals (TYM), on Frontier Resources (FRI), Outsourcery (OUT), GTS Chemical (GTS) and Magnolia Petroleum (MAGP). And I discuss a prediction by a Nomad that 250 of the 1000 companies on AIM will disappear by Christmas so allowing me to retire which I shall do.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 5 February - Do NOT overpay for Adam Reynolds "magic"

The story of the day is Frontier Resources (FRI) and Adam Reynolds. Yes we were in on the placing and have bought more pre bearcast but some folks are overpaying big time. Far be it from me to talk down the value of a stock we own but I do just that and urge folks not to be mad and overpay. Then it is onto Bahamas Petroleum (BPC), Phorm (PHRM), Fusionex (FXI) - target price 0p - Greka Drilling (GDL) - ditto - and Glenwick (GWIK)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 27 January - Please Mr Lenigas stop lying to your mad followers

Bears are the new regulators, in fact the only regulators. Jabba the Hutt wants shorting banned. Worse still he is telling his deluded followers that shares in Afriag (AFRI) and his other dogs fell because of shorting. That is untrue as I explain in this podcast. I also cover: the after effects of ouzo, Frontier Resources (FRI), FastForward (FFWD), TrakM8 (TRAK), PeerTV (PTV), Sirius Minerals (SXX), London Capital (LCG) - in detail - and Jiasen (JSI)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 26 Jan: lessons for the Rampers, Bulletin Board & other Morons

Unlike yesterday's podcast this was recorded before lunchtime and, anyway, I am staying sober until after my presentation tonight when I might be less sober. Still there is a good deal of bad language in the Bearcast as I do a concluding section on Bulletin Board Morons in denial with reference on this occasion to Servision (SEV). I also cover more market abuse at Frontier Resources (FRI) as well as Independent Resources (IRG), Plexus (POS), LGO Energy (LGO) and Fusionex (FXI) - reference director's dealings.

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast 22 January: more Red Flags for Paul to ignore, Petroceltic loons & Frontier bastards

Warning: This Podcast contains bad langauge throughout as well as a couple of mother in law jokes. In it I cover TrakM8 (TRAK), Petroceltic (PCI), Frontier Resources (FRI), criminals who should be in jail, Plethora (PLE), Pinnacle Technology (PINN), Plutus Powergen (PPG), Fusionex (FXI) and the fate of those follishly buying into shitty little oil stocks today.

Tom Winnifrith BearCast 21 January - Surreal chat with TrakM8 PR and Frontier day of shame

Warning: This podcast contains bad language throughout. I start with a quite surreal chat with the PR for TrakM8 (TRAK). Either he is on acid or I am. Anyway a follow up to yesterday's expose HERE is on the way.  Then there is a detailed analysis of Fusionex (FXI) which is a red flag delight. Then it is onto the disgusting events and flagrant market abuse at Frontier Resources (FRI) and some scathing comments on the dog that is Bingo, Bongo, Bango (BGO). PeerTV (PTV) gets a lashing - I have a cunning plan for this one. Then a comment on how bad news is good news at Pearson (PSON) and finally considered words on MX Oil (MXO)

Tom Winnifrith Bearcast - 17 July, another shift with Foxy Beatrix from Budapest

Once again I find myself at Free Speech & Liberty Pizza alongside foxy Beatrix from Budapest who tells me that she is a keen reader of George Orwell. She says all the right things. I bet you are all insanely jealous of me. I digress. In this podcast I discuss Tomco, New World Oil & Gas, Frontier Resources, Fitbug, Gable Holdings and Daniel Stewart where I hear bad things abut the cash burn.
